Move-in, shipping & on-site access
Loading & move-in
Freight access is via the Expo Dome's south loading dock. Vehicles must check in with the floor manager on arrival; no double-parking in the dock lane. Trolleys are available on request but limited — bring your own if you have a large booth build.
Shipping to the venue
Materials can be sent ahead to the venue's exhibitor warehouse starting Aug 25. Label every box clearly with your company name, booth number, and "FUTUREMODE 2026" — unlabeled boxes may be delayed at intake. Full shipping address and courier instructions go out with your booth confirmation.
Move-out & disposal
All materials must be removed by 22:00 on Sept 6. Anything left behind will be treated as abandoned and disposed of; the venue does not offer post-event storage.
Getting your brand in front of attendees
Logo & asset submission
Submit a vector logo (SVG or AI, transparent background) plus a one-line company description by Aug 1. These are used across the sponsor wall, event app, and signage — later submissions may miss printed materials.
Booth branding rules
- Standard booths: signage may not exceed the height of your booth's back wall.
- Free-standing structures need floor-plan sign-off from your liaison before you build.
- No adhesives directly on venue flooring or walls — use approved tape only.
Speaking & stage slots
If your package includes a stage or workshop slot, send your session title, 2-line description, and speaker bio/headshot by Aug 1 so it can go on the agenda. Slide decks are due 3 days before your session — use the shared template sent by your liaison.
Staff, guest & VIP registration
Your complimentary badge count is shown in "My Sponsorship" above. Register each staff member individually — badges are not transferable once printed.
Inviting your own guests
Sponsors can distribute a discount code to their network for general admission tickets. Ask your liaison for your code if it wasn't included in your confirmation email.
Badge pickup
Exhibitor badges are collected at the Sponsor Check-In desk (not general attendee registration) starting at move-in on Sept 3. Bring a form of ID matching your registration name.
What to expect on the ground
Venue
Taipei Expo Dome, Zhongshan District, Taipei. Nearest MRT: Yuanshan Station (Red Line), ~8 min walk.
Wifi & power
Exhibitor wifi credentials are provided at check-in. Standard booths include one power outlet — additional power drops can be requested through your liaison (lead time applies).
Food & breaks
A sponsor lounge with coffee and light refreshments is available throughout show hours, located behind the main stage.
Emergencies
First aid and security are stationed at the venue's main entrance and are marked on the floor map handed out at move-in.
Common questions
Do I register for the hackathon or workshops separately?
Workshop attendance runs through Accupass — attendees register there directly. Hackathon participants use the dedicated hackathon page on the FUTUREMODE site. Your own exhibitor badges are handled through the process in "Registration & Badges" above, not through either of those.
Can I upgrade my sponsorship package?
Yes — contact your liaison. Upgrades are subject to availability and may affect your artwork/badge deadlines.
What if I lose my access code?
Email your liaison below with your company name and they'll resend it.
