  • What you do:

    Source and manage food and beverage vendors for the event.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Source and negotiate with restaurants, bars, and food vendors

    • Coordinate vendor contracts, booth locations, and setup requirements

    • Ensure food safety compliance and permit requirements are met

    • Manage F&B vendor schedules and onsite operations

    • Handle vendor relations and resolve any F&B-related issues during the event

  • What you do:

    Oversee event merchandise from concept to sales.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Develop merchandise concepts and product lineup

    • Coordinate with designers and manufacturers for production

    • Manage inventory levels and restocking during the event

    • Set up and operate merchandise booth/store

  • What you do:

    Create physical branded materials for the event.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Design event signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics

    • Create print collateral (badges, programs, posters, banners)

    • Design merchandise packaging and branded materials

    • Manage print production and ensure quality control

  • What you do:

    Create digital assets and online brand presence.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Design website graphics and digital experiences

    • Create social media assets and promotional graphics

    • Design digital signage and screen content for the event

  • What you do:

    Manage event staff and volunteers during the event.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Train and schedule event staff and volunteers

    • Create staff assignments and rotation schedules

    • Conduct pre-event training and briefings

    • Manage staff check-in, uniforms, and equipment distribution

  • What you do:

    Design and coordinate engaging activities at sponsor/exhibitor booths.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Develop creative booth activity concepts and experiences with sponsors

    • Plan activity schedules, materials, and staffing needs

    • Manage booth activity setup and execution

  • What you do:

    Promote FUTUREMODE, to drive awareness, engaging communities, and leveraging influence to attract attendees, speakers, and sponsors.

  • What you do:

    Promote FUTUREMODE to the companies (Web3/AI projects, crypto exchanges, blockchain startups, TradFi institutions exploring Web3, tech companies) coordinate group attendance of 20+ colleagues for group tickets
