Loading & move-in卸貨與進場

Move-in / Setup — Move-in and setup take place Thursday, September 3, 12:00pm–5:00pm.

Event Day Access — On each event day (Sept 4–6), sponsors and partners have early access starting at 8:00am, ahead of doors opening to attendees at 9:00am.

Freight & Loading — Freight access is via the loading dock at the back of the Expo Dome. Vehicles must be registered in advance with Gina, our on-site contact (see Contacts below) — if the license plate isn't on our list, the vehicle will be turned away at the gate. A refundable deposit of NT$1,000 is required per vehicle and covers one hour of loading access; the deposit is returned when the vehicle exits. The loading dock is for freight only, not parking — please keep it clear so loading isn't held up. If you don't have much to carry, park in the basement instead.

進場搭建：進場搭建時間為 9 月 3 日（週四）中午 12:00 至下午 5:00。

活動當日入場：於活動當日（9 月 4 日至 6 日），贊助商與合作夥伴可於上午 8:00 提前入場，一般觀眾則於上午 9:00 開放入場。

貨運裝卸：貨運進出請經由花博爭艷館後方的裝卸貨區。車輛須事先向現場聯絡人 Gina 登記（見下方聯絡窗口）——車牌未登記者將無法進場。每輛車須繳交新台幣 1,000 元押金，可享一小時裝卸時間，車輛離場時退還押金。裝卸貨區僅供貨運使用，不可停車，以免影響其他廠商裝卸作業。若攜帶物品不多，請改停地下停車場。

Pre-shipping required需預先寄送

A handling fee of NT$700 per carton applies. This covers receiving, storage, delivery from the warehouse to the venue, and the labour to load and unload. Please complete the shipment information form so we can send you the shipping address and contact details, along with an invoice for the total.

Please note: goods are not sent to the Expo Dome — they go to FUTUREMODE's warehouse, which closes on Aug 26. The shipping address will be provided once you submit the form above. We recommend having your shipment arrive by Aug 20 to leave a buffer before the warehouse closes. Label every box clearly using the label template — unlabeled boxes may be delayed at intake.

每箱酌收 NT$700 處理費。此費用包含收貨、倉儲、由倉庫運送至會場，以及裝卸人力。請填寫貨運資訊表單，我們將寄送收件地址與聯絡資訊，並一併提供發票。

請注意：貨物並非寄送至花博爭艷館，而是寄送至 FUTUREMODE 的倉庫，該倉庫將於 8 月 26 日關閉。收件地址將於您填妥上方表單後提供。建議貨物於 8 月 20 日前抵達，以在倉庫關閉前預留緩衝時間。每個箱子請使用標籤範本清楚標示——未標示的箱子可能於進倉時延誤。

Move-out & disposal撤場與廢棄物處理

Move-out & teardown is Sunday, Sept 6, 18:00pm–21:00pm. All materials must be removed by 18:00 on Sept 6. Anything left behind will be treated as abandoned and disposed of; the venue does not offer post-event storage.撤場拆卸時間為9月6日（週日）18:00–21:00。所有物品須於9月6日18:00前撤離。逾時留置物品將視為廢棄並予以清理；會場不提供活動後寄放服務。

Booth rules & regulations攤位規則與規定

Admission入場

All exhibitors must be registered and are required to wear their badge and wristband at all times during the event.所有參展商必須完成登記，並於活動期間全程配戴展會牌與手環。

Smoking吸菸

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue at all times.會場內全程嚴禁吸菸。

Booth Height Restriction攤位高度限制

The maximum build height is 200–300 cm and must be approved by the production team (please share photos in advance). The hanging of banners, anything affecting the booth structures, and large balloons are strictly prohibited.最大搭建高度為200–300cm，並必須獲得製作團隊的審批（請提前提供照片審批）。嚴禁懸掛橫幅、影響攤位結構和大氣球。

Promotional Activities / Free-Standing Signs促銷活動 / 獨立標誌

All promotional materials must be confined within your booth and must not exceed the 200–300 cm height limit. Conducting promotional activities, displaying signs, or using advertising materials outside your booth boundaries is not allowed. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate any such activity without a valid permit (if required) and if it causes obstruction along the aisle, and shall not be liable for any such action.所有促銷材料必須限於您的攤位內，不得超過200–300cm的高度限制。禁止在攤位範圍以外進行促銷活動、展示標誌或使用廣告材料。主辦方保留權利終止上述活動，如果未經有效許可（如有必要）並且對走道造成阻礙。如採取此舉，主辦方將不承擔任何責任。

Audio Visual Presentations視聽展示

Audio visual presentations must be confined within your booth. Keep sound and noise at a level that does not disrupt neighbouring Exhibitors. The Organiser reserves the right to take appropriate action to stop such activities if they cause disruption.視聽展示必須限於您的攤位內。保持聲音和噪音水平不會干擾附近參展商非常重要。主辦方保留採取必要措施以停止此類活動，如果其引起干擾。

Security安全

This is an open stand show — Exhibitors are primarily responsible for safeguarding their belongings. The Organiser does not insure stands and goods, and strongly advises Exhibitors to obtain insurance for valuable items. The Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of exhibits or property belonging to Exhibitors or their representatives at the venue, including during set-up, event days, and teardown.參展商應注意，這是一個開放的展示，參展商主要負責保護自己的物品。主辦方不承擔保險展位和貨物的任何責任。強烈建議參展商為有價值的物品獲得保險覆蓋。主辦方不對在活動場地、包括設置、活動日期和撤展期間發生的任何損失、損壞或竊盜負責。

Storage存放

On-site storage facilities are not available for packing cases, surplus materials, or other belongings.不提供現場儲存設施供參展商存放包裝箱、剩餘材料或其他物品。

Cleaning整潔

Cleaning services are not provided within individual booths. Exhibitors are responsible for clearing their booth's rubbish and waste; failure to comply makes the Exhibitor liable for waste-disposal service fees.個別攤位內不提供清潔服務。參展商有責任清理其攤位的垃圾和廢棄物。如未遵守，將使參展商有責任支付與廢棄物處置相關的服務費用。

No Open Flames禁止明火

Open flames are strictly prohibited on the exhibition premises to ensure safety.嚴禁在展覽場地使用明火，以確保安全。

Badge pickup證件領取

Collect your exhibitor badge at the Check-In Counter, located outside the venue, on the right-hand side of the entrance, from move-in on Sept 3. Have your QR code ready to check in and pick up your badge.參展證件請自9月3日進場日起於報到櫃檯領取，櫃檯位於會場外、入口右側。請備妥您的 QR Code 以便報到並領取證件。
